Today I have lost 21 lbs in the last 8 weeks. I have moved the recumbent exercise bike inside the house and I am riding it 5 to 6 days a week. Today I can stay at for 30 minutes at a time. When I first started I could hardly go 5 minutes at the lowest resistance. I am able to mow my own yard again. Although I am not too sure that should have been a goal.
I am using the Weight Watchers app/online to track my daily food and activity. And it is working.
