![]() The last couple of days have been so positive in so many areas. I am really excited about the ATX100 and the response we have had. Yesterday we received over 30 calls at RunTex about the program and I have received several supportive emails regarding the program. Oh and I lost 5.8 lbs last week! Yes, I almost forgot. I think the positive thing here is that the process is on-going. This is the rest of my life and the weekly weigh in is a great benchmark. There is the sense of accountability that comes with writing down what I eat and showing up once a week to weigh in. The scale goes up and goes down. I can’t let the weekly totals effect me too much. I have to stay focused on the long term. But yes -5.8 lbs is great after gaining 3.4 the week before. I commented that I wish there were a more consistent weekly drop. The facts are there has been. I started blogging 9 weeks ago. During the 9 weeks I have lost 13.6 lbs or an average of 1.5 lbs per week. That is pretty steady. It just looks strange to me that it goes up and down so much. So there it is – 5.8 lbs! Wow this really has been a great week.

YEA!!! -5.8 is major. You're averaging -1.5 weekly, which is fabulous. I've been told many times that you really don't want to lose more than 2 lbs. per week...Industry standard. :)
